Through its focus on research, consulting, training, and educational services, CHANGE have applied practical solutions to the challenges facing current education system, institutions and policy makers in Pakistan.

We are expert at working in challenging environments, especially areas suffering the consequences of injustices particularly violation of human rights. CHANGE approaches each situation with systematic assessments through base line & perception survey. Then we design short- and long- term interventions that keep communities on the path to development. That means more effective engagement with local governments, corresponding departments and residents, more community capacity, better use of resources, and more positive and sustainable outcomes. CHANGE builds partnerships among actors and organizations at the community level, local governments, and the private sector. We encourage participatory decision-making processes and develop grassroots capacity to make long-term improvements to community living standards.
